Jivaka Castle...

… means flexible working hours and a lot of free time to meditate, read or lying in the sun, sometimes being alone on weekends (and celebrating huge parties :D hah! kidding)

… means nice tasks for me e.g. sewing covers for chairs, mattresses and pillows, building a shelf, starting a vegetable and herb patch, cutting bushes in the garden, preparing food for the open house day & so many more.

… means meeting inspiring people; first of all Manuela, my host, a woman with a great vision of what Jivaka Castle will become. Yvan "ugly_copycat" who supports her in any way he can. Rita, a very nice lady from Burgholz & all the people I got to know while I was here.

… means healthy food: vegan and sugarfree (most of the time).

 

… means a lot of interesting books to read e.g. Reconnection by Eric Pearl, Mindfuck – das Coaching by Petra Bock, Unterwegs in die nächste Dimension by Clemens Ruby, Momo by Michael Ende.

… means nice conversations, playing the drums, bellydance, trying Aereal Yoga and massages from and with Manuela.

… means trips with Yvan to Wiesbaden visiting his friend from Tattoo73, to Rüdesheim and Amöneburg (plus crushing a wedding in the castle), taking a lot of pictures, listening to his entertaining stories while drinking red wine and eating cheese and sewing aprons out of old fabric from a school’s gymnastic mattress.

… means trips with Rita to Marburg with a group of some ladies and gents, to Anzefahr having lunch with her family and visiting her vegetable garden, to Amöneburg & many small towns in between (plus watering flowers on her familie’s craves on three craveyards)

… means learning a lot in every aspect.
